Jeffrey A. Dunham is Founder and President/CEO of Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc. He is Chairman and CEO of Dunham Trust Company. He also serves as a Trustee, Chairman, President, and Principal Executive Officer for the Dunham Funds. Mr. Dunham’s investment expertise spans over 30 years, including starting a family of private funds and building the firm upon the premise of performance-based advisory compensation. In his view, performance-based advisory compensation provides investors a level of accountability which was important then and remains important today. Beginning his investment career in 1977, Mr. Dunham acquired real estate for investors and his own account. As founder of a San Diego based property management company in 1979, Mr. Dunham has hands-on experience with equity and debt investments in over $1 billion of commercial and residential real estate. Prior to becoming founding partner of Dunham & Associates in 1985, he was partner in the investment firm of McKewon Securities and worked with Enterprise Management Company, a venture capital affiliate of McKewon. Mr. Dunham earned a BS degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from San Diego State University. He has held FINRA Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 53, and 63 registrations for more than two decades.

Tommy L. Tucker
President and Chief Trust Officer

Tommy L. Tucker is President and Chief Trust Officer for Dunham Trust Company and serves as a director. Mr. Tucker joined the company in April 2000 and has over 26 years of trust administration experience with a reputation for placing the highest emphasis on client service. He has worked for several financial institutions in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada and in Oregon. Mr. Tucker earned a BA at Knox College and holds a MA from Pacific Coast Banking School, Trust Division. In addition, Mr. Tucker has completed coursework in a variety of trust-related areas, including Fiduciary (1041), Gift (709) and Estate Tax (706) preparation and filing. He is a former president of the Reno Estate Planning Council and is active in several civic and charitable organizations. Mr. Tucker has held FINRA series 6 and 63 registrations, plus licenses to sell Life and Health Insurance and Real Estate.

David L. Holmes
Chief Investment Officer

David L. Holmes is the Chief Investment Officer of Dunham Trust Company since the sale of Adagio Trust Company to Dunham Trust Company on January 1, 2009. From 2000 through 2008, Mr. Holmes founded and built Adagio Trust Company headquartered in Reno, Nevada. Adagio was founded to provide a multi-family office private trust company model to wealthy clients that used proprietary separate account investment strategies and products created by Mr. Holmes. Prior to Adagio, Mr. Holmes was with Whittier Trust Company of Nevada from early 1995 through late 1999. In the nearly 5 years of his employment with Whittier, assets under his management grew from under $200 million to $1 billion. Prior to Whittier, he managed portfolios for high-net-worth clients for five years for Morgan Stanley’s Private Client Services Group in Los Angeles.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Holmes worked in financial management serving 5 years as Vice President of Finance for Realty Income Corporation (symbol O on the NYSE); a real estate investment company; 2 years as Chief Accountant for the MGM Grand Hotel; and 2 years as General Manager of Innovative Propane Technologies Corp. (IPT), a venture capital company. He received both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and his MBA in finance from Brigham Young University. In addition, Mr. Holmes completed Morgan Stanley’s rigorous 10-month Portfolio Management and Capital Market Training program in New York City.

Denise S. Iverson, CPA

Denise S. Iverson, a Certified Public Accountant, is Chief Financial Officer of Dunham & Associates and its affiliates, including Dunham Trust Company. She also serves as Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer for Dunham Funds. Before joining Dunham & Associates, Ms. Iverson worked in banking, serving as Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning; Chief Financial Officer; and Controller. Prior to that, she worked in public accounting. She has over 27 years of banking, financial, and executive management experience and is responsible for the overall corporate finance and accounting functions. Ms. Iverson graduated summa cum laude from San Diego State University with a BS in Business Administration/Accounting. Ms. Iverson holds FINRA Registered Financial and Operations Principal, Series 27 registration.

Shanna Coressel
Trust Officer

Shanna Coressel is a Trust Officer at Dunham Trust Company. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 13 years in varying facets of Personal Trust. In addition to earning an Associates Degree in Business Administration, she holds a Bachelors Degree in Paralegal Studies. Ms. Coressel has completed several courses through the Institute of Financial Education, is a graduate of the American Bankers Association National Graduate Trust School, and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. Ms. Coressel has been active in and served on numerous boards for charities and civic organizations.

Scott Albright
Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager

Scott Albright is a Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager with Dunham Trust Company. He previously worked as an analyst for Adagio Trust Company for three years and was promoted to Vice President and Portfolio Manager in 2008. Mr. Albright is responsible for managing client accounts and conducting research on seven separate investment strategies. Prior to his career in the investment industry, Mr. Albright worked as an accountant at Albright, Persing & Associates, LTD. He was also the President and co-founder of an exercise equipment company that marketed an exercise product he developed. Mr. Albright was born and raised in Reno, NV and graduated from Santa Clara University with a BS in Finance in 2001. He has a Master of Science in Finance degree at the University of Nevada, Reno. Mr. Albright is an investment advisor representative and holds the FINRA Series 65 registration.

George E. Aker
Business Development Officer

George Aker serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Dunham Trust Co. and is active in business development in Nevada. He has 45 years of banking and finance experience in commercial banks with trust departments, colleges, and national organizations. He holds a BA. from St. Olaf College in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. His most recent experience was as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adagio Trust Co. which has been merged into Dunham Trust Co. this year.

Operations Manager

Jacqueline Miller is the Operations Manager for Dunham Trust Company. Before joining Dunham Trust Company, Ms. Miller has over 16 years trust experience with Adagio Trust Company and Chase Manhattan Bank Trust and Special Assets Operations. Ms. Miller has a BS in Business Management and Finance from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. Ms. Miller has also completed coursework in Fiduciary Operations, Ops & Systems Contingency planning, and Trust Audit and Compliance.

Rachel Byrne
Operations Administrator

Rachel Byrne is an Operations Administrator for Dunham Trust Company. She assists in the daily processing of back office operations. Ms. Byrne came to Dunham Trust in 2008 after spending three years in Banking Operations where she specialized in Fraud Detection and Prevention. She also has an extensive background in Sales and Service. Mrs. Byrne is currently pursuing her BA in Business Administration.
