Ann Rosevear, Esq.

PRESIDENT & CHIEF TRUST OFFICER

Ann Rosevear serves as President and Chief Trust Officer for Dunham Trust Company, providing expert structuring and administration of trusts to DTC's most complex clients. Prior to joining Dunham Trust Company in 2014, Ann spent 14 years as a principal attorney at Walsh, Baker, Rosevear & Loomis, P.C. in Reno, NV. Denise S. Iverson, CPA

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Denise S. Iverson, CPA, is CFO for Dunham & Associates and Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer of the Dunham Funds. With over 30 years of banking, financial, and executive management experience, Denise has been responsible for Dunham’s corporate finance and accounting since 1999. Tamara B. Wendoll

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Tamara B. Wendoll is Dunham & Associates' Chief Operating Officer. She also serves as Secretary and AML Officer of the Dunham Funds. Prior to joining Dunham in 2008, Tammy received numerous awards, including the 2004 SIAA Financial Services Award, 2004 SIAA Publication/External: Financial Services Award, and others. Tammy carries a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She holds FINRA 4, 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations. Joseph P. Kelly

BSA/AML COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Since 2013, Joseph P. Kelly has served as Dunham’s BSA/AML Compliance Officer. He is also CCO for the Dunham Funds. Joe’s 15 years of financial services experience brings a wealth of knowledge as he manages Dunham’s legal, compliance, and risk management functions. Daniel Sands

TRUST PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Daniel Sands is the Trust Portfolio Manager for Dunham Trust Company (DTC). He is responsible for the day-to-day management of portfolio assets for DTC and works in concert with the Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel (DAIC) Analyst team. Daniel provides wealth management, portfolio implementation, and investment oversight using a consultative approach incorporating existing financial advisors and DTC Trust Officers. Nicole Vance, Esq.

SENIOR ESTATE PLANNING STRATEGIST

Nicole Vance is the Regional Director and Senior Wealth Planning Strategist for Dunham Trust Company. Nicole joined the team in 2012 and now works with clients on trust and estate planning matters, including advanced wealth transfer strategies and asset protection planning. Nicole earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, with high distinction, from the University of Nevada. David Osgood

TRUST OFFICER

David Osgood is a Trust Officer for Dunham Trust Company in Reno, Nevada, and is responsible for administering trusts and overseeing investment. David works closely with clients, financial advisers, and other personnel on trust and estate matters. Prior to joining Dunham Trust, David started his career with Capital Group Companies, where he worked as a Trust Officer. Michelle Pillsbury is the Client Services Coordinator for Dunham Trust and is responsible for assisting Trust Officers in every aspect of account servicing, including: communications, onboarding, bill pay, account maintenance and scheduling. Laurie Marthaler is the Office Administrator for the Colorado Division of Dunham Trust Company, where she supports administration of existing client relationships as well as playing a key role in assisting with business development initiatives. Laurie joined Dunham Trust Company in 2017 with several years of client-centric experience in the financial services industry in California and Colorado. OPERATIONS MANAGER

Elena Rodriguez is the Operations Manager for Dunham Trust Company and is responsible for managing tax matters, asset transition and oversight, compliance execution, audit and regulatory practices, and providing leadership and support to our operations team. Elena joined Dunham Trust Company in 2019 with over 15 years of financial experience in the retail, consumer products, and biotech industries. In her prior position as operations manager for the Northern California division of an employee benefits broker, Elena was responsible for day-to-day accounting and finance functions, reporting, and process improvements.
