Ann Rosevear serves as President and Chief Trust Officer for Dunham Trust Company, providing expert structuring and administration of trusts to DTC's most complex clients. Prior to joining Dunham Trust Company in 2014, Ann spent 14 years as a principal attorney at Walsh, Baker, Rosevear & Loomis, P.C. in Reno, NV. Denise S. Iverson, CPA

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Denise S. Iverson, CPA, is CFO for Dunham & Associates and Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer of the Dunham Funds. With over 30 years of banking, financial, and executive management experience, Denise has been responsible for Dunham’s corporate finance and accounting since 1999. Helmut Boisch

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Helmut Boisch is the Chief Operating Office of Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc. (Dunham). Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Helmut served in a variety of roles including Global Head of Vendor Management for Allianz Global Investors with a team located in Frankfurt, Munich, New York, and San Diego. Helmut carries a B.A. from Rutgers University in New Jersey with a double major in Economics and German. He has a FINRA Series 7 license and is a military veteran of the US Armed Forces. Viktoria Palermo

Viktoria Palermo is Chief Compliance Officer for Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc. and the Dunham Funds. She also serves as BSA/ AML Compliance Officer for Dunham Trust Company. Daniel Sands is the Director of Trust Investments for Dunham Trust Company (DTC). He is responsible for the day-to-day management of portfolio assets for DTC and works in concert with the Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel (DAIC) Analyst team. Daniel provides wealth management, portfolio implementation, and investment oversight using a consultative approach incorporating existing financial advisors and DTC Trust Officers. Natalie Miller serves as Trust Officer in the Colorado division of Dunham Trust Company. David Osgood is a Trust Officer for Dunham Trust Company in Reno, Nevada, and is responsible for administering trusts and overseeing investment. Robert Ansara

Bob Ansara joined Dunham Trust Company (DTC) in 2020 after the company he founded in 2003 was acquired by DTC. He leads the Southern Nevada team in estate settlements, trust administrations, receiverships, and special fiduciary appointments. Michelle Pillsbury is a Trust Officer for Dunham Trust Company, responsible for administering a variety of trust relationships and estate settlements. Michelle is a critical thinker that identifies risks while applying sound judgment to trust matters. With great customer service skills, she is responsive and creative in problem-solving. From reviewing new trust agreements, and forming new LLC’s, to maintaining and growing family relationships, Michelle works with our clients to ensure their trusts are administered with the highest level of service. Before joining Dunham in 2018, Michelle spent 15 years in the insurance industry as a life insurance specialist performing investment management support and customer care. Emily Winters

Emily Winters is a Trust Officer for Dunham Trust Company in Reno, Nevada, and is responsible for managing and administering trust accounts as well as handling guardianship and care management accounts. Emily develops personal relationships with clients and their support networks to facilitate the best possible outcome for their planning needs. Before joining Dunham Trust Company, Emily worked in private practice as a partner at Hancock and Cavallera, PLLC. She had a robust estate planning practice that included special needs trusts and probate, guardianship, Medicaid, and end-of-life planning. Emily also spent five years with Washoe County Senior Law Project. She provided legal service to low-income seniors and served as the court-appointed attorney for clients facing guardianship. She also founded and ran a non-profit dedicated to promoting education about Supported Decision Making in Nevada. Emily is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Seattle School of Law with Cum Laude distinction. Phillip Sewell

Phillip Sewell is a Trust Associate in the Reno office and works closely with Trust Officers to administer the wide array of trusts at Dunham Trust Company. Along with his trust duties, Phillip helps coordinate the guardianship department by assuring the client’s bills are being paid, tracking court compliance, and assisting the case managers in the care of clients. He spent 5 years with the Washoe County Court Clerk and over 8 years between private law firms and a company’s legal department as a paralegal. A native Nevadan, being born in Las Vegas and moving to the Reno area over a decade ago. Phillip enjoys sporting events, movies, and visiting great breweries. CLOSE

Lizeth Garcia-Medina

GUARDIAN CASE MANAGER

Lizeth Garcia-Medina is a Guardian Case Manager for Dunham Trust Company in Reno, Nevada, and is responsible for handling guardianship and case management accounts. Lizeth develops personal relationships with clients and their support networks to ensure they receive quality care. Lizeth works closely with community resources to meet the needs of clients. She worked bedside nursing care with oncology patients at a local hospital and then worked for a nonprofit running a readmission reduction program at a local hospital connecting clients to community resources to avoid improper use of the emergency room. Lizeth is a University of Nevada, Reno graduate and is currently pursuing graduate studies at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Social Work. CLOSE

Matt Kindell is a Trust Associate for Dunham Trust Company in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is responsible for leading and managing a variety of trust relationships and estate settlements. Additionally, he provides trust administration support to other officers and associates. Matt works closely with clients to ensure that they receive highly personalized service, helping them build a legacy that lasts generations. Prior to joining Dunham Trust Company, Matt worked as Escrow Team Lead with Prime Trust. There, he oversaw the processing of over one billion dollars in funds monthly. Matt has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno. He enjoys rock climbing and spending time outdoors in the mountains. Crystal Grayot is the Senior Administrative Assistant for Dunham Trust Company. She is responsible for overseeing the administrative team. With a real estate background, she supported a use/master planned community and served as a real estate agent. Tommy Tucker

BOARD MEMBER

Tommy Tucker serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Dunham Trust Company. Prior to his retirement in 2012, Mr. Tucker served as president of Dunham Trust Company for 12 years and has over 26 years of trust administration experience. Mr. Tucker has a reputation for placing the highest emphasis on client service. He is a former president of the Reno Estate Planning Council and is active in several civic and charitable organizations. Mr. Tucker carries a B.A. from Knox College and an M.A. from Pacific Coast Banking School, Trust Division. In addition, Mr. Tucker completed coursework in a variety of trust-related areas, including Fiduciary (1041), Gift (709), and Estate Tax (706) preparation and filing. Mr. Tucker has held FINRA series 6 and 63 registrations, plus licenses to sell life and health insurance as well as real estate. CLOSE

David Robertson

BOARD MEMBER

David Robertson serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Dunham Trust Company. Mr. Robertson has over 30 years of experience as an attorney practicing law in both Nevada and California in the areas of trust administration and litigation. He has also served as trustee or co-trustee for numerous large trust estates. He is the Managing Shareholder of Robertson, Johnson, Miller & Williamson, with offices in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Robertson is Chairman and former president of the Western Trial Lawyers Association. He is also actively involved with multiple charitable organizations and churches. Mr. Robertson received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was both a Law Review Editor and on the Moot Court Board. Following law school, he clerked for the Senior Nevada Federal District Court Judge Bruce R. Thompson. Thereafter, Mr. Robertson conducted approximately 100 jury trials with a success rate of over 90%. He then became General Counsel for the Squaw Valley Ski Corporation and was a member of its Board of Directors for over a decade. He is now semi-retired as a practicing attorney and primarily focuses on mentoring young lawyers. CLOSE

Shawn Young

Shawn Young serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Dunham Trust Company. She is the CFO of Lone Peak Holdings, LLC, a single-family office in San Francisco, and has worked in the single-family office space for several years. Ms. Young has previously served as Controller or CFO of Mutual Fund and Hedge Fund companies as well as Partner in Public Accounting firms, and is active in community organizations. She earned a B.A. from University of California at Santa Barbara and is a California licensed CPA. Ms. Young has previously held FINRA Series 27 and 66 registrations. CLOSE

Michael J. Torvinen

BOARD MEMBER

Mr. Torvinen has been licensed as a CPA for nearly 35 years. He has worked for a national CPA firm, as well as held numerous positions, including CFO, for various governmental agencies in Nevada. This includes the Nevada Department of Health and Human Resources and the Nevada Department of Administration. Mr. Torvinen has also been extensively involved in Nevada’s legislative process. He served on the board of the Nevada Public Employees Benefit Program, the Nevada College Savings Program, and the Greater Nevada Credit Union. He currently serves on the Executive Committee and Finance Committee of the Reno Rodeo Association. Mr. Torvinen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
