Denise S. Iverson, Certified Public Accountant, serves as a Board Member for Dunham Trust. She retired from Dunham in 2024 after a distinguished 25-year career with the firm, where she served as Chief Financial Officer for Dunham and its affiliates, including Dunham Trust, and as Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer of the Dunham Funds.

During her tenure at Dunham, Denise was responsible for the overall corporate finance and accounting functions, bringing over 35 years of banking, financial and executive management experience to the organization.

Prior to joining Dunham in 1999, Denise worked in banking, serving as Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning, Chief Financial Officer and Controller. Before that, she worked in "Big 8" public accounting.

Denise holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting from San Diego State University where she graduated summa cum laude and carries FINRA Registered Financial and Operations Principal and Series 27 registration.
